產品品質有問題

得知您收到了有缺陷的產品，我們深感遺憾。在購買後7天內發送Email給我們，並附上故障產品的圖片，我們將與您聯繫解決問題。

退貨處理時間

我們會盡快處理您的退貨，在收到退還的商品後，我們會在1-3個工作天內處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 3天後仍未獲得退款，請通過Email 與我們聯繫，並提供退貨收據中的寄件證明，我們將對此進行進一步的調查。

當我們收到您的退貨件，您將收到一封電郵收件確認通知。當安排退款後，您還會收到電郵退款確認通知。請注意，付款可能需要 3-5 個工作日才能顯示在您的帳戶中，具體取決於發卡機構。

 

 Returns Policy

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be undamaged
• Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging
• Item’s must be returned to our returns centre

Please contact lightxxxup@gmail.com first, after confirmation, after confirming the order, the sender's name and address will be notified.

**Any returns costs will be at your own expense. Product quality problems will replace you with a new product for free.**

Qulity Issue

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 7 days of purchase at Email, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

Return Process Time

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 1-3 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 7 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at Email with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

Track the Return Status

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
